ROAVÉ Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty Coverage
ROAVÉ provides a limited warranty for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only under normal usage conditions.
Eligibility
- Products purchased from ROAVÉ or its authorized sellers
- Products with a successfully completed warranty registration
- Products accompanied by a valid purchase invoice
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects arising from:
- Faulty materials
- Manufacturing or workmanship defects identified during the warranty period
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, drops, cracks, or impact-related issues
- Damage caused by water, moisture, fire, or natural calamities
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Damage resulting from use of non-recommended accessories
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- The customer must provide the registered mobile number, Product ID, and invoice copy
- ROAVÉ reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any claim
- Proof of defect may be required, including images or physical inspection
Resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during inspection, ROAVÉ will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the defective product or part
Replacement does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Exclusions & Limitations
- Warranty service is limited to the original purchaser only
- ROAVÉ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product
Invalidation of Warranty
The warranty shall become void if:
- The Product ID is altered or tampered with
- The invoice is invalid, modified, or unreadable
- The product is used for commercial or non-intended purposes
Geographical Scope
This warranty is valid only within India, unless stated otherwise by ROAVÉ.
Right to Amend
ROAVÉ reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
